Business Forums International

I have been involved in Business Forums International since its inception. In the Los Angeles area we have chapters in Century City, Westwood, Newport Beach, Woodland Hills and downtown.

The purpose of the Forum is to create networking and referral opportunities to business leaders

If you are interested at guesting at one of the events, please let me know

New Lenders

I have found Mark Locher at Core Business Credit very responsive. Dallas-based Core was recently founded by Mike Haddad and Milt Iskra with backing from American Capital

Eddie Irvin has joined Working Capital Solutions, part of Web Bank in Salt Lake. Tom Siska is heading the operation

Randy Haney is working with Crestmark, a finance company owned by a Detroit bank

3 New Lenders

I have been working with three lenders relatively new to the LA market

First is US Capital (Jeff Sweeney). They seem quite aggressive and have been most responsive to my opportunities

A second relatively new firm in town is RZB--the commercial finance arm of an Austrian bank. They have brought in JDee Christensen as their LA representative.

Third is Sterling Bank's finance group (Ray Keenan). This bank has been active on the east coast and is now soliciting business in California. Ray was formerly with Israel Discount

Transition

Because people often let me know of their new positions/companies, I will use my blog to pass this information along to my subscribers

Most recently I learned that Brad Zotti has joined Apex. I can put you in touch if you wish.

Earlier this year, I helped David Galst join Preferred Bank. And Heidi Nietert is now at Wells Fargo
